3.1 Non-Disclosure Principle
Alaska Solution does not sell, rent or transfer any personal data to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. Your data is processed exclusively within the scope of the purposes described in Article 2.
3.2 Technical Processors
For the technical requirements of its activities, Alaska Solution may transfer certain data to technical service providers acting as processors (hereinafter "processors"). These transfers are governed by data processing agreements compliant with the FADP.

3.3 Transfers to Third Countries
The main host of the website (Wix.com, Inc.) is established in the United States. In accordance with Art. 16 FADP, these transfers are secured by appropriate safeguards, in particular Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). Alaska Solution ensures that any processor established outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area provides an adequate level of protection.

Art. 4 Data Security (Art. 8 FADP / Art. 3–5 DPO)
Alaska Solution implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, disclosure or alteration, in accordance with Art. 8 FADP and the provisions of the Data Protection Ordinance (DPO, SR 235.11).

Exercising your rights: Send your request in writing to hello@alaska-solution.com, clearly stating your identity and the right you wish to exercise. Alaska Solution may request proof of identity in order to verify your identity before processing your request.
Response time: Alaska Solution undertakes to respond to any request within a maximum of 30 calendar days. This period may be extended by a further 30 days in cases of complexity or high volume of requests, with prior notice.
Right to lodge a complaint: If you believe that the processing of your data violates the FADP, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern — www.edoeb.admin.ch.
Art. 7 Retention Periods (Art. 6 para. 4 FADP)
Alaska Solution retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with its legal obligations. Retention periods are determined in accordance with the principles of data minimisation and storage limitation imposed by the FADP.

Art. 8 Minors (Art. 7 CC / FADP)
Alaska Solution's services are intended for adults (aged 18 or over under Swiss law). Alaska Solution does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor and discover that they have provided us with personal data without your consent, please contact us at hello@alaska-solution.com so that we may delete such data as soon as possible.
