Our activities are conducted in full compliance with the Swiss legal framework applicable to service providers. The following are the main laws that govern our operations.
DPA — Swiss Federal Data Protection Act
CO — Swiss Code of Obligations
UCA — Swiss Unfair Competition Act
LIFD / VAT — Tax Obligations
In effect since September 1, 2023. It governs the collection, processing, and storage of our clients’ personal data. Our internal procedures have been updated accordingly.
All our service contracts are drafted in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 394 et seq. on the mandate contract). Our General Terms and Conditions are available upon request or via the dedicated page.
Our business practices and communications comply with the Swiss Unfair Competition Act. Our offers are accurate, verifiable, and contain no misleading statements.
Alaska Solution fulfills its tax obligations in accordance with Swiss law. The applicable VAT is specified in each contractual offer, based on the client’s status and place of residence.
